LONDON -- Catherine, Princess of Wales has been diagnosed with cancer and is undergoing chemotherapy, she announced Friday.

This comes amid concerns about her whereabouts and health.

The Palace has not said what type of cancer the Princess of Wales has but said it was discovered in post-operative tests after her abdominal surgery.

The Palace said she is undergoing treatment for this cancer.

I feel so bad for her and her husband and the royal family. My mom had skin cancer, and she had to get it cut out. I am always worried that it's going to come back.

P.S. I hope and pray that Catherine makes a full recovery.

My eldest son came through and told me this and I was shocked. I knew she had been recovering from an operation but never expected to hear this news.

I do hope she makes a full recovery and it's as quick as possible.
 
Cancer is not exclusive even if you are rich & have power.
I wish her & the family all the best in their upcoming struggles!
